Milestone Weekend To Finish

Full reports to come, but the final weekend ended with Aidan Crowley and Aki Achillea passing a 1000 runs for the season though Todd Sturdy’s 1202 was enough for him to win that race, with Pete Barker and Sarah Waters, both with 62 wickets, edging out Mike Plume, 61 and Mike Blair, 49.

Club Day

Welcome to the Nazeing Common Cricket Club Website

A warm welcome is extended by everyone at Nazeing Common Cricket Club.

Established in 1883, we are a friendly club running two sides on a Saturday and two sides on a Sunday. We play regular mid-week fixtures, and have a thriving colts section.

Our ground is in the middle of the countryside, and is only used for cricket - the boundary is the farmer's field. With a fully-equipped clubhouse, three nets, great childrens facilities, Nazeing Common is an ideal place to play and watch cricket.

We play friendly cricket, and are pleased to be able to accommodate players of all ages and standards, as our fixture list shows we are more than capable of holding our own against bigger clubs. We have teams in leagues at under 11, 13, 15 and adults (Lords Internationsl league), and an under 15 girls terriers team.

If you would like to play for Nazeing Common, arrange a fixture against one of our teams, or just come and watch a game of cricket in a friendly envirionment, we look forward to hearing from you.
